Wayne Griner started in the formal wear industry while in his teens with Mitchell’s Formalwear rising through the ranks while his company transformed into AfterHours Formalwear and transferred ownership to May Co.’s David’s Bridal and then to Men’s Wearhouse. His career started in the operations of a multi-store chain, grew through wholesale and acquisitions to represent more than 700 retail stores and thousands of wholesale accounts nationwide. Wayne is now sharing his knowledge and experiences through Griner Consulting and Formal Wear Consultants.

Francisco Serrano has spent the last 27 years solely in designing and implementing cost saving methods of product flow and warehouse equipment for the formal wear industry and other textile related industries. He started American Slick-Rail in 1997 and introduced Textile Automation Group in 2005. Helping companies such as JC Penney, Neiman Marcus, Walt Disney, Sport’s Authority as well as companies involved in uniform rental, textile restoration, dry cleaning, etc., has helped Francisco amass a high level of knowledge in all types of equipment and solutions for a diverse variety of distribution and operational requirements.
